If you have a complaint about this website or how your request was handled, write to us through the request form on our contact page. We aim to reply within 10 business days. Complaints about an installer’s work should go to that installer first; you can also file a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General (illinoisattorneygeneral.gov/File-A-Complaint).
